Dr. Lucius Laffitte
Dr. Lucius Laffitte is a board-certified family physician dedicated to delivering comprehensive, compassionate, and highly personalized preventative care. With more than three decades of medical experience, he is known for his commitment to improving patient health through a proactive and holistic approach.
Dr. Laffitte earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from The Citadel in Charleston, SC, in 1984, and went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 1990. He completed his Family Practice Internship and Residency at Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, SC (1990–1993), where he also served as Chief Resident and was named Outstanding Resident of the Year in 1993.
He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Throughout his career, Dr. Laffitte has been recognized for his excellence in medicine, including receiving the Lawrence Jowers Award from the Department of Family & Preventive Medicine at USC School of Medicine in 1990.
