Hello Everyone!
I am excited to join the Lifespan team as the Director of Human Resources! I have 24 years of experience in both Human Resources and Operations supporting
organizations in every state in the U.S. as well as all Provinces in Canada. My diverse background in workforce management and labor law has been gained in fast paced industries including Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare (Pharmacy, Critical Care, and FQHC Not for Profit) which has allowed me to gain valuable insight in navigating the changing employment landscape and managing the impact on workforces, employers, labor law, and the creation of industry leading methods for recruiting and retaining top talent. I am passionate about building people processes, systems, and cultures, that simplify both the employee and manager experiences to make it easier to align a team to focus on quality patient care. I have 3 beautiful daughters that continue to be our pride in adapting to life thru their eyes. We enjoy the outdoors including boating, cycling, and travel. Every once in a while I work to maintain my private pilot status which keeps me focused on attention to detail. My other hobby is attending antique and collector car shows, while building a few when I have a spare moment. I look forward to meeting and working with all of you!
