Initial Discount:
- Starting 10% discount on Core Growth and Core Scale for all Lifespan partners. Same transaction fees.
- Discount will be effective on when we align on an agreement
- Should a practice decide to use Core Growth with Hint’s EMR, an additional 20% discount will be applied. To make it clear, that’s 30% discount on Core total and 20% for Clinical.
Volume discounts:
- When all Lifespan partners reach 15k in aggregate members across all, the transaction fees will be reduced from 2.75% to our Enterprise rate of 2.5%
- An additional 5% on applied to the Core Growth software fees
- When reaching 25k in aggregate lives an additional 5% discount will be applied
- When reaching 35k in aggregate lives an additional 5% discount will be applied
