Journeys is a new feature associated with Full Script that uses recurring full-body lab testing and biomarker insights to show treatment progress over time. Journeys system makes it easier to meet growing demand while keeping patients connected to care.
Features: integrations with Quest and GetLabs (schedule labs directly), customizable lab panels for upload/purchase by patient, clinically trained AI interpretations and insights, provider customization into interpretation and reporting, provider and patient access to Journeys portal.
Cost: Journeys is a completely free platform with no upfront or integration fees.
Setup and Integration: Journeys will be readily available in October/November 2025 to those interested. The setup and integration process is a very white-glove service, in which Journeys representatives spend time collecting protocols and other information to clinically train the AI for your practice, customize the patient view and provider preferences, and utilize Full Script supplement/medication preferences to generate recommendations. Estimated setup time to implementation is 3 weeks, but some clinics have been set up in one.
