Job Description
  • Provide exceptional customer service and front office support for a primary care office by checking patients in/out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, supplement sales, and accounting for payments.
  • Greet and direct patients, visitors, vendors, and/or drug reps.
  • Provide quality patient services through effective communication and personal attention while utilizing communication strategies to resolve patient questions and/or issues.
  • Answer telephone in a professional and courteous manner, address patient requirements, schedule appointments, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Work with clinical staff to manage patient flow and communicating any foreseeable issues effectively and efficiently to the appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct office duties such as collecting up-to-date medical insurance, scanning, and generating reports, etc.
  • Register new patients, update demographics, and financial/insurance information.
  • Collect patient payments and provide them with receipts.
  • Prepare end of day reports and reconcile daily deposits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Pay/Salary

$20.00/hr

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of medical insurance is preferred.
