Board Member

Greg is a Board Member of LifeSpanMD, where he has established the strategic footprint to build the most comprehensive and elevated medical group in the world, redefining the standards of modern healthcare.

In addition to his role at LifeSpanMD, Greg is the Chairman and CEO of Acrisure, a global leader he co-founded in 2005. Under his leadership, Acrisure has achieved a remarkable compounded annual growth rate of 58% since 2013. With annual revenues approaching $5 billion, the company has averaged more than 100 mergers and acquisitions annually since 2017. Acrisure is the 6th largest insurance broker globally and the largest independent real estate services company in the United States. Today, Acrisure has evolved into a global fintech enterprise offering a diverse portfolio of products and services.

Greg’s vision extends beyond business success to meaningful social impact. In 2020, Acrisure committed $15 million to establish the Center for Innovation in Children’s Health at the Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where Acrisure is headquartered.

Before founding Acrisure, Greg was an investor and Board Advisor to several companies. He also served as Vice President at Michigan National Corporation (MNC), a $19 billion bank holding company. At MNC, Greg led the Commercial Sales and Services Group, served on the Corporate Marketing Committee, and chaired the Corporate Operations Committee, showcasing his expertise in strategic leadership and operational excellence.

Jason DeYonker

Board Member

With over three decades of leadership experience, Jason previously held the role of Chief Acquisition Officer and Chief Financial Officer and is currently Special Advisor to the Chairman at Acrisure (the 6th largest global insurance broker). Immediately prior to Acrisure, Jason led the consolidation of the residential and commercial title insurance agency creating the largest independent agency in North America which was eventually sold to Acrisure.

Jason also served as CEO and Board Member of Constellis, a premier provider of operational support and risk management services for the U.S. government. Leading a global workforce of over 28,000 employees, he spearheaded the consolidation of the government security and logistics services industry, creating one of the largest security services companies worldwide. In 2016, Jason sold his controlling interest in Constellis to Apollo Global Management and continued as CEO for two years post-acquisition.

Earlier in his career, Jason honed his expertise in corporate finance with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, where he contributed to high-impact financial transactions and strategic growth initiatives. He later co-managed a prominent family office overseeing diverse investment platforms spanning multiple industries and geographies.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Michigan.

Harrison Bane

Chief Executive Officer

Harrison Bane serves as Chief Executive Officer of LifeSpanMD and has 17 years of experience in a range of operating and strategic roles in healthcare services. Previously, Harry led the two operating business units at Surgery Partners, a publicly traded leading operator of surgical facilities and ancillary services with more than 200 locations across 33 states, and had responsibility for nearly $3B of P&L. Harry has successfully built and led executive teams across the health care system and partnered closely with physicians to drive transformative growth across multiple platforms including hospitals, physicians practices, ASCs, and nursing homes. Harry is graduate of Middlebury College with a BA in Economics and earned his Master’s from the Tuck School of Business and Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College.

Aaron Kanter

Chief Legal Officer

Aaron Kanter is the Chief Legal Officer of LifeSpan.  Aaron has 25 years experience in acquisitions and private equity investments and divestitures, leading legal, diligence and compliance efforts across numerous platforms.

Previously, Aaron was a partner in Tempo Title, LLC, a diversified title agency brokerage platform, which he helped lead from inception through acquisition by Acrisure in September 2021.  In addition, Aaron was a partner in Constellis, a diversified security services firm which was acquired in December 2010 and successfully exited in 2016.Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.

John McSweeney

Chief Financial officer

John McSweeney serves as Chief Financial Officer of LifeSpanMD and has 17 years of experience across financial leadership, M&A, and operational roles in the life sciences industry. Previously, John served as VP of Finance and Treasurer at Repligen Corporation (NASDAQ: RGEN), a publicly traded global life sciences company, where he held a series of progressive finance leadership roles spanning FP&A, business unit finance, treasury, and business development, with responsibility for over $850M in cumulative acquisitions. John began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he developed deep expertise in audit and financial reporting across public and private entities. He has successfully built and led high-performing finance teams across global organizations and partnered closely with executive leadership and boards of directors to drive profitability, operational scale, and strategic growth. John is a graduate of Northeastern University, where he earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting.  

Jim DeYonker

Chief Marketing & IT officer

For more than 25 years, Jim has built a career as a dynamic entrepreneur, partnering with global brands to deliver strategic, operational, and multidisciplinary solutions. He has founded and led international teams across a wide range of disciplines, including business operations, new business development, brand identity, content creation, public relations, video and photography post-production, exhibitions, software and web development, and television production.

With a strong foundation in IT, Jim has consistently leveraged technology as a force multiplier—enhancing operational efficiency while enabling innovative, creative execution across every initiative.

Jim is deeply passionate about brand development and brings an energetic, collaborative approach to every partnership—consistently creating work that is engaging, relevant, and impactful. He holds a Master’s degree from Yale University and is a proud graduate of Kalamazoo College.

Dean Bosacki

Chief Development officer

Dean Bosacki is an investment professional, an executive leader, and an entrepreneur.  For the past 20 years, he has focused on investing in and operating private companies with total transaction volumes in excess of $4 billion.  He is currently Chief Development Officer of LifeSpanMD, a medical services platform advancing preventive and longevity programs in the concierge medicine field. Previously, he co-led the buyout, turnaround, and day to day management of Constellis, a $1B+ diversified security services firm with over 28,000 employees worldwide.   Prior to focusing on investment services, he was an entrepreneur who formed two successful companies that manufactured and distributed products in the action sports and residential housing industries.

Dean earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.  He resides in Jackson, WY where he enjoys the outdoors with interests in hockey, skiing/snowboarding, biking/running/tris (Ironman finisher), hiking, and horses with his wife & two daughters.

Brittany Kaufman

Vice President of Operations

Brittany brings over 13 years of clinical operations leadership and has led enterprise-wide transformations across some of the largest and most respected academic medical centers and integrated delivery networks in the U.S.  She is highly skilled in designing and hardwiring operating models that strengthen care delivery, enhance coordination, and enable sustainable performance across complex clinical environments. Her work has consistently optimized patient flow, improved systemwide efficiency, and built high-performing interdisciplinary teams.

Brittany holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Policy & Management from New York University and a Bachelor’s in Financial Management from Indiana University.

Based in New York City, Brittany’s passion for root-cause medicine, combined with her operational expertise and genuine enthusiasm for our mission, makes her an exceptional addition to our organization. 

Brian Perleberg

Human Resources Director

Brian has 24 years of experience in both Human Resources and Operations supporting organizations in every state in the U.S. as well as all Provinces in Canada. His diverse background in workforce management and labor law has been gained in fast paced industries including Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare (Pharmacy, Critical Care, and FQHC Not for Profit) which has allowed him to gain valuable insight in navigating the changing employment landscape and managing the impact on workforces, employers, labor law, and the creation of industry leading methods for recruiting and retaining top talent.

He is passionate about building people processes, systems, and cultures, that simplify both the employee and manager experiences to make it easier to align a team to focus on quality patient care.

Brian has 3 beautiful daughters that continue to be our pride in adapting to life thru their eyes. He enjoys the outdoors including boating, cycling, and travel. Every once in a while he works to maintain his private pilot status which keeps me focused on attention to detail.  His other hobby is attending antique and collector car shows, while building a few when his has a spare moment.
