We are a small collective of accomplished entrepreneurs driven by a shared mission to revolutionize the healthcare industry by providing access to elevated concierge medical services. Our distinct advantage lies in our boutique management approach, allowing us to operate with agility and free from the bureaucratic red tape often associated with large investment firms. Our aspiration is to establish strategic partnerships with a select group of high-end concierge practices, working collaboratively to develop a substantial enterprise. This endeavor aims to encompass a comprehensive suite of in-house services, specialized medical offerings, state-of-the-art technology, robust recruitment capabilities, and a global presence that will position us as the world’s foremost and most highly regarded luxury concierge platform in the realm of medicine

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

GREG WILLIAMS - Board Member

Greg is a Board Member of LifeSpanMD, where he has established the strategic footprint to build the most comprehensive and elevated medical group in the world, redefining the standards of modern healthcare.

In addition to his role at LifeSpanMD, Greg is the Chairman and CEO of Acrisure, a global leader he co-founded in 2005. Under his leadership, Acrisure has achieved a remarkable compounded annual growth rate of 58% since 2013. With annual revenues approaching $5 billion, the company has averaged more than 100 mergers and acquisitions annually since 2017. Acrisure is the 6th largest insurance broker globally and the largest independent real estate services company in the United States. Today, Acrisure has evolved into a global fintech enterprise offering a diverse portfolio of products and services.

Greg’s vision extends beyond business success to meaningful social impact. In 2020, Acrisure committed $15 million to establish the Center for Innovation in Children’s Health at the Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where Acrisure is headquartered.

Before founding Acrisure, Greg was an investor and Board Advisor to several companies. He also served as Vice President at Michigan National Corporation (MNC), a $19 billion bank holding company. At MNC, Greg led the Commercial Sales and Services Group, served on the Corporate Marketing Committee, and chaired the Corporate Operations Committee, showcasing his expertise in strategic leadership and operational excellence.

JASON DEYONKER - Board Member

Jason is a Board Member of LifeSpanMD.

With over three decades of leadership experience, Jason previously held the role of Chief Acquisition Officer and Chief Financial Officer and is currently Special Advisor to the Chairman at Acrisure (the 6^th largest global insurance broker). Immediately prior to Acrisure, Jason led the consolidation of the residential and commercial title insurance agency creating the largest independent agency in North America which was eventually sold to Acrisure.

Jason also served as CEO and Board Member of Constellis, a premier provider of operational support and risk management services for the U.S. government. Leading a global workforce of over 28,000 employees, he spearheaded the consolidation of the government security and logistics services industry, creating one of the largest security services companies worldwide. In 2016, Jason sold his controlling interest in Constellis to Apollo Global Management and continued as CEO for two years post-acquisition.

Earlier in his career, Jason honed his expertise in corporate finance with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, where he contributed to high-impact financial transactions and strategic growth initiatives. He later co-managed a prominent family office overseeing diverse investment platforms spanning multiple industries and geographies.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Michigan.

DEAN BOSACKI - President

Dean Bosacki is an investment professional, an executive leader, and an entrepreneur. For the past 20 years, he has focused on investing in and operating private companies with total transaction volumes in excess of $4 billion. He is currently President of LifeSpanMD, a medical services platform advancing preventive and longevity programs in the concierge medicine field.Previously, he co-led the buyout, turnaround, and day to day management of Constellis, a $1B+ diversified security services firm with over 28,000 employees worldwide. Prior to focusing on investment services, he was an entrepreneur who formed two successful companies that manufactured and distributed products in the action sports and residential housing industries.

Dean earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia. He resides in Jackson, WY where he enjoys the outdoors with interests in hockey, skiing/snowboarding, biking/running/tris (Ironman finisher), hiking, and horses with his wife & two daughters.

AARON KANTER - Chief Legal Officer

Aaron Kanter is the Chief Legal Officer of LifeSpan. Aaron has 25 years experience in acquisitions and private equity investments and divestitures, leading legal, diligence and compliance efforts across numerous platforms.

Previously, Aaron was a partner in Tempo Title, LLC, a diversified title agency brokerage platform, which he helped lead from inception through acquisition by Acrisure in September 2021. In addition, Aaron was a partner in Constellis, a diversified security services firm which was acquired in December 2010 and successfully exited in 2016.Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.

SEAN KATYAL - Chief Financial Officer

Sean K. has over a decade of experience in accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic financial and operational planning. He is known for his innovative perspective, dynamic energy, and problem-solver mindset. Prior to joining LifeSpanMD, Sean founded a consulting firm that provides tailored CFO services and M&A advisory to growth-stage businesses across sectors such as SaaS, food service, and professional services. His forward-thinking and practical strategies have enabled clients to double their revenue, streamline operations, and achieve financial stability.

Before launching his consulting firm, Sean made significant strides within the Deals practice at PwC in Washington, D.C., where he led cross-functional teams through sell-side and buy-side diligence engagements on numerous successful high-stake deals for both corporate and private equity clients. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University. He resides in Miami, FL, and enjoys playing pickup basketball in his free time.

ALI WATSON - VP Business Development

Ali has spent the last 20 years designing growth strategies while leveraging corporate partnerships and collaborating with top thought leaders, C-levels, and founders. She creates programs with the world’s top experts in science, health, longevity, technology, and personal development – all while serving some of the most innovative and forward-thinking leaders and brands in the space. Ali also connects clients to the most cutting edge and sought-after top treatments and protocols for longevity and the pursuit of youth and vitality.

Ali invests in health-span focused ventures. She has been an active part of a number of exits for her own company and her clients.

Ali earned an M.B.A. and an M.E. while building her first company. She is an Explorers Club member, award-winning documentary filmmaker, an invited guest lecturer at Stanford University’s D School and speaks on panels at events in the US and internationally. In her former filmmaking life, Ali lived in conflict zones and avalanche zones working with Nobel Peace Prize winners, relief aid organizations, and building schools for communities in need.

Brian Perleberg - Human Resources Director

Brian has 24 years of experience in both Human Resources and Operations supporting organizations in every state in the U.S. as well as all Provinces in Canada. His diverse background in workforce management and labor law has been gained in fast paced industries including Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare (Pharmacy, Critical Care, and FQHC Not for Profit) which has allowed him to gain valuable insight in navigating the changing employment landscape and managing the impact on workforces, employers, labor law, and the creation of industry leading methods for recruiting and retaining top talent.

He is passionate about building people processes, systems, and cultures, that simplify both the employee and manager experiences to make it easier to align a team to focus on quality patient care.

Brian has 3 beautiful daughters that continue to be our pride in adapting to life thru their eyes. He enjoys the outdoors including boating, cycling, and travel. Every once in a while he works to maintain his private pilot status which keeps me focused on attention to detail. His other hobby is attending antique and collector car shows, while building a few when his has a spare moment.
