Complete our online appointment request form or call our team. Physicians can also submit a referral and relevant medical records directly to the Breast Center.

Speak With Our Patient Care Team

A member of our team will contact you for a brief consultation call to understand what you need, answer questions, review any prior imaging or referral information, and determine the appropriate next step.

If records or previous breast imaging are needed before your visit, we’ll help coordinate them.

Schedule Your Visit

Once we understand your needs, we’ll schedule the appropriate screening, imaging or diagnostic appointment.

Our goal is to make the entire experience straightforward, from your first conversation through imaging, results and any necessary follow-up care.

For Referring Physicians: A More Personal Approach for Your Patients

The LifeSpanMD Breast Center welcomes physician referrals for screening, diagnostic imaging and further evaluation.

Our team works closely with referring providers to make the process easy for both the physician and patient. Once a referral is received, our patient care team will contact the patient directly, coordinate records and prior imaging when needed, and schedule the appropriate visit.

Dr. Hadar provides patients with timely, direct communication regarding their results, while helping ensure referring physicians remain informed throughout the process.

Dr. Orna Hadar

Dr. Orna Hadar is a dedicated breast imaging specialist with over 25 years of experience in the field. She earned her medical degree from the University of Cape Town and went on to complete advanced training, including a fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, one of the nation’s leading institutions for cancer care.

Prior to relocating to Florida more than a decade ago where she has been taking care of patients at the Margaret Niedland Breast Center at Jupiter Medical Center, Dr. Hadar practiced at a premier breast imaging concierge center in New York City, where she developed a highly personalized, patient-centered approach to care. Her work in this setting reinforced her commitment to delivering not only clinical excellence, but also a more meaningful and reassuring experience for every patient.

Dr. Hadar believes strongly in the importance of continuity and connection in breast health. She is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients, allowing her to better understand their individual histories and detect even subtle changes over time.

A cornerstone of her practice is providing immediate access, communication, and results. Patients have same-day access to speak directly with Dr. Hadar, receive same-day imaging results, and, when necessary, undergo biopsies without delay. She understands that waiting for answers can be one of the most stressful aspects of breast imaging, and she prioritizes real-time interpretation and direct communication.

Through her expertise and compassionate approach, Dr. Hadar strives to create a more personal, transparent, and supportive breast imaging experience.

Tania Mercado is a healthcare operations executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience specializing in concierge medicine, VIP patient experience, and high-touch clinical operations. She has held senior leadership roles with premier healthcare organizations, including Hospital for Special Surgery, where she helped develop and advance personalized, concierge-level healthcare services.

Her expertise spans clinical operations, program development, patient advocacy, service-line growth, and the creation of seamless healthcare experiences for executive and high-net-worth populations. Tania is recognized for combining operational excellence with a hospitality-driven approach to care, ensuring every aspect of the patient journey is personalized, efficient, and exceptional.
