Dr. Orna Hadar

Dr. Orna Hadar is a dedicated breast imaging specialist with over 25 years of experience in the field. She earned her medical degree from the University of Cape Town and went on to complete advanced training, including a fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, one of the nation’s leading institutions for cancer care.

Prior to relocating to Florida more than a decade ago where she has been taking care of patients at the Margaret Niedland Breast Center at Jupiter Medical Center, Dr. Hadar practiced at a premier breast imaging concierge center in New York City, where she developed a highly personalized, patient-centered approach to care. Her work in this setting reinforced her commitment to delivering not only clinical excellence, but also a more meaningful and reassuring experience for every patient.

Dr. Hadar believes strongly in the importance of continuity and connection in breast health. She is committed to building lasting relationships with her patients, allowing her to better understand their individual histories and detect even subtle changes over time.

A cornerstone of her practice is providing immediate access, communication, and results. Patients have same-day access to speak directly with Dr. Hadar, receive same-day imaging results, and, when necessary, undergo biopsies without delay. She understands that waiting for answers can be one of the most stressful aspects of breast imaging, and she prioritizes real-time interpretation and direct communication.

Through her expertise and compassionate approach, Dr. Hadar strives to create a more personal, transparent, and supportive breast imaging experience.

With over 15 years of leadership experience across premier hospital systems and private medical practices, she has built a reputation for transforming traditional healthcare delivery into seamless, personalized, and hospitality-driven experiences.

Tania’s work sits at the intersection of clinical excellence and white-glove service. She partners closely with physicians, healthcare organizations, and investors to design and operationalize concierge care models that prioritize access, continuity, and an elevated patient journey. Her expertise spans program development, service-line expansion, patient advocacy, and the creation of end-to-end care navigation systems tailored to executive and high-net-worth populations.

Throughout her career, Tania has led large-scale operational initiatives, including the development of VIP and Ambassador programs, multispecialty clinical operations, and high-end healthcare environments. She has held senior leadership roles at organizations such as Atria Health Institute and Hospital for Special Surgery, where she was instrumental in building and scaling concierge-level services for discerning patient populations.

Today, Tania serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to concierge medical practices in Palm Beach, guiding growth, operational performance, and patient engagement strategies. She is known for her ability to align clinical operations with luxury service standards, creating healthcare experiences that are not only efficient and compliant, but truly exceptional.

Tania holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Barry University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration (BSHSA) from SUNY Old Westbury. She continues to be a driving force in redefining modern healthcare delivery through innovation, precision, and an unwavering commitment to the patient experience.
