Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their care journey
• Coordinate breast imaging, DEXA, biopsies, and specialty referrals
• Facilitate same-day diagnostic workflows (mammography → ultrasound → biopsy)
• Facilitate all imaging appointments (CT, MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound)
• Ensure all prior imaging and documentation are available before appointments
• Track referrals, imaging, pathology, and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care
• Provide concierge-level patient communication, education, and emotional support
• Collaborate with radiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Document in EMR and tracking systems (e.g., Elation, Excel, Ambra, Intelerad)
