Wild Health is seeking a driven, accountable, and confident individual to join our team in the role of Care Coordinator. This position requires flexibility, problem solving skills, and an excellent work ethic. The ideal Care Coordinator is an upbeat and motivated leader who possesses strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling for physicians for initial medical consults, follow up visits and sick visits
• Responsible for physician and health coach assignment to the patient
• Communicate cross-departmentally to resolve patient issues
• Onboard and organize patient submissions for new accounts
• Address cancellation requests
• Respond to all patient inquiries via phone, email, and secure message for all clerical requests pertaining to patient accounts
• Conduct initial welcome call with patients to provide assistance while they begin their patient journey
• Handle Billing question ○ Refunds or coupon requests from cross-departmental and Members.
• Process unpaid invoices
• Process Cancellation request
