Join Princeton Longevity Center as we open our new Miami office and expand our nationally recognized preventive and longevity medicine services. This role is ideal for a physician who wants to practice high-quality, relationship-focused, hassle-free medicine, while helping to build and grow a flagship practice in South Florida.
We are recruiting a highly qualified, American-trained Physician who is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Cardiology. Join our team to practice high quality hassle-free medicine. This is an ideal opportunity for a physician who values being able to spend extended time with patients. You will be expected to provide our patients with the highest levels of service. In conjunction with an experienced team of Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses and others, you will create a detailed and effective plan for maintaining health for our highly motivated and pro-active patients. A good knowledge of lipid management, cardiovascular risk, obesity, metabolic syndrome, stress management and lifestyle-related issues is helpful.

About the Role
This position includes responsibilities in two key areas:
1. Direct Primary Care (DPC)
  • Manage a small, highly curated patient panel
  • Focus on continuity of care, prevention, longevity, and lifestyle optimization
  • Build long-term physician–patient relationships without time pressure
2. Executive Physicals & Preventive Evaluations
  • Conduct comprehensive Executive Health and Preventive Physicals
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, and Preventive Medicine Specialists
  • Develop detailed, individualized plans to optimize long-term health and reduce disease risk
Pay/Salary

$200,000.00 – $450,000.00

Qualifications
  • Requirements
    • Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Cardiology
    • Minimum of 3 years of prior direct patient care experience
    • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
    • Strong commitment to preventive, proactive, patient-centered medicine
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong computer literacy
    • Current active unrestricted Florida medical license
    Preferred Expertise
    • Lipid management & cardiovascular risk reduction
    • Metabolic syndrome, obesity & weight management
    • Lifestyle medicine & long-term health optimization
    • Stress management and behavioral coaching
    • Experience with Cardiac Imaging (Coronary Calcium Scanning, Cardiac CTA) is a strong plus — training provided if needed
