The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team full-time, in person in Los Angeles.

This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about functional medicine, hormone optimization, and longevity care, and who is excited not only to practice medicine—but to build a thriving patient panel within a concierge model.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a concierge setting
• Perform advanced functional and preventive medicine assessments
• Interpret and act on specialized lab testing (hormones, metabolic markers, micronutrients, etc.)
• Support and manage hormone optimization programs (including perimenopause/menopause care)
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans including:
  • Nutrition and lifestyle interventions
  • Supplement protocols
  • IV therapy and regenerative treatments
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Read on complex case management and care strategy
• Educate patients on longevity, prevention, and health optimization
• Build, manage, and grow your own loyal patient panel over time
• Provide a white-glove experience tailored to an elite clientele

Training & Mentorship

• Direct mentorship from Dr. Dominique Fradin-Read
• Training in functional medicine, hormone optimization, and longevity care
• Exposure to a high-end concierge care model with exceptional patient access and outcomes
