Founded and led by Dr. Carrie Bordinko, Benessair is growing. We are recruiting a second physician to practice alongside Dr. Bordinko, learn directly from her, and build a panel of their own. This is a rare opportunity to be personally mentored by a respected concierge founder while establishing your own brand inside an established, premium practice.

This is not a clock-in, clock-out job. Concierge medicine is a lifestyle and a business — we are looking for an entrepreneurial physician who wants to own the whole patient, practice what they preach, and grow with us for the long term.

We practice a hybrid model: rigorous, evidence-based internal medicine combined with thoughtful root-cause investigation. We want a physician who is confident and capable in hardcore internal medicine and unfazed by emergencies, yet genuinely loves prevention and optimization.
